While on vacation to Pennsylvania our truck broke down. The hotel we were staying at recommended Intercourse Automotive. They came right over and took the truck and started repairs right away. They kept me informed every step of the repairs. They gave us a loaner car so we could get around for the day. Top notch service, they went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Professional from start to finish. Highly recommend them. We can not thank them enough for making a bad situation good. Thank you again and happy holidays to the whole staff.

Vacationing in Bird in Hand our vehicle broke down with the engine light on. ASA was called a tow truck responded and vehicle was towed to Intercourse Automotive. Taylor called and notified us that he would attempt to get the vehicle back to us ASAP as I was I’ll and needed to get home ASAP. Taylor called with the test results, price and work started. Final results our vehicle was returned to our hotel working great by the office within a few short hours. We were able to make the drive home and after 5 days being I’ll am feeling better. This business is operated with customer concern , compassion, honesty, professionalism and a great value to the AAA members. We were on our maiden voyage in our converted Ford Transit travel van. We began to smell burning plastic and Taylor discovered that the connection (bus bar) had not been properly connected to our three lithium batteries causing the overheating. Taylor corrected the problem and was quite patient explaining to us the nature of the problem. He also made suggestions about redesigning a portion of our bus bar set up. We left his shop feeling much more confident about our system!

We’re giving this place 5 stars for their incredible service. We had just hit the road with an RV when our brakes started smoking. Intercourse Automotive was the closest garage so we pulled in there and asked them if they could help us out. Without hesitation, they looked at it and told us what the problem was. Excellent service. Knowledgeable mechanics. Extremely accommodating. Needed next day service and they were very willing to take my car first thing in the morning. Prices were reasonable. Professional assesment of my needs. Even secured a loaner car for us. Very polite, courteous, and provided us with text messages and phone calls with updates and an itemized price list of services. We are from out of town, but if I lived here, they would be first on my list as our mechanics.

Shout out to Intercourse Automotive in Pennsylvania for saving our adventure. They fixed the master cylinder for the brakes on our 79 RV, we were 400 miles away from home. They kept in touch while parts were ordered (I'm sure they were fun to find) I had no idea the brakes were that bad until they were fixed. The kids and I said "thank you brakes" often on the road every time somebody cut in too close. So thank you Intercourse Automotive, we are home safe and sound! - Jen P.
