We were on our maiden voyage in our converted Ford Transit travel van. We began to smell burning plastic and Taylor discovered that the connection (bus bar) had not been properly connected to our three lithium batteries causing the overheating. Taylor corrected the problem and was quite patient explaining to us the nature of the problem. He also made suggestions about redesigning a portion of our bus bar set up. We left his shop feeling much more confident about our system!

We’re giving this place 5 stars for their incredible service. We had just hit the road with an RV when our brakes started smoking. Intercourse Automotive was the closest garage so we pulled in there and asked them if they could help us out. Without hesitation, they looked at it and told us what the problem was. We had no appointment but they were friendly and flexible enough to help us out, which meant we didn’t need to give up our camping trip!

According to CBS News, Ford recently announced a recall that affects over 1.3 million vehicles that are primarily located in North America. The recall was issued mainly due to problems with rear suspension and transmission control software.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable mechanics. Extremely accommodating. Needed next day service and they were very willing to take my car first thing in the morning. Prices were reasonable. Professional assesment of my needs. Even secured a loaner car for us. Very polite, courteous, and provided us with text messages and phone calls with updates and an itemized price list of services. We are from out of town, but if I lived here, they would be first on my list as our mechanics.

This is a clutch gone completely WRONG and something you want to be very sure doesn't happen with your vehicle! VERY SURE!
